Affordable Requirement Ordinance (ARO) Units at The Winnie Apartments in Uptown Chicago

The City helps to build, rehabilitate and preserve rental housing to ensure that it is affordable for residents throughout Chicago. You may qualify for select units at The Winnie based on your household size and annual income as listed in the chart below. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions regarding the application process. See the available units and our requirements below.

Affordable Housing Special Assessment Program (AHSAP) Units at The Winnie Apartments in Uptown Chicago

This program assists in constructing, renovating, and maintaining rental housing to ensure its affordability for Cook County residents. Your eligibility for specific units at the Draper is determined by your household size and annual income, as indicated in the chart below. If you have any inquiries about the application process, please reach out to the leasing office. Take a look at the requirements provided below.
